Our Instructors are Exercise Physiologists, Physical Therapists and Movement Educators who apply modern principles of bio mechanics to traditional Pilates exercises. We teach the STOTT PILATES method, a contemporary approach to the original work of Joseph Pilates.
Each of our Instructors has training in teaching Pilates to individuals with injuries, diseases or conditions (including but not limited to: joint injuries, osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, pregnancy etc..). Some have taken additional course work and certification in Functional Training, Yamuna Body Rolling,Core Intellignce, The Franklin Method, Self Myofascial Release, Core Barre, TRX and Pain Management.
Our Instructors are committed to broadening their knowledge and understanding of movement, fitness and wellness. While they are required to take annual a minimum of six Continuing Education classes to maintain their various certifications, most average 20 or more hours of continuing education each year.
