Lauri Robertson

Lauri Robertson is a dedicated coach and STOTT Pilates Instructor who has helped many people reach their fitness and wellness goals.  Lauri’s favorite part of teaching is helping clients create physical changes in their bodys and positive changes in their lives.

Lauri discovered STOTT PILATES in 2000 and loved the way it helped her regain her strength and tone after having her children.  When became a client at Pilates Tutor in 2008 she was looking for a career change, and entered the teacher training program in 2009.  Lauri has been seeing clients ever since and loves the rewards and energy she gets from teaching.

Clients love Lauri’s optimism, her enthusiasm and her nuturing spirit.  For instance, one client said “You are the first person that has made me feel as though I could really do this!” and another happy client said  “Never before have I seen such results when exercising.  Everyone is complimenting how I look and I love the changes that I recgonize in my body”

In addition to teaching Pilates,  Lauri makes time to be involved with community organizations. She has volunteered for Metro Christian Ministries, The Seaside Institute, Urban Land Institute, The Atlanta Union Mission, Greater Atlanta HBA Sales & Marketing Council and the Marietta City Schools.

A native of Marietta, Lauri studied Real Estate and Marketing at Jacksonville State University. She has also completed certifications in STOTT PILATES, TRX Suspension Training and Red Cross CPR among others.

Lauri is particularly grateful to Clyde Ellen Chatham Black, her “MaMa”” grandmother , who taught her that ” a little hard work goes a long way.”

Lauri lives in Marietta and  has two teen age daughters.  When Lauri is not teaching, she likes to decorate, garden, do sudoku puzzles and spend time with  her family.
